Janchine Nig Ltd is recruiting for an Aluminum Steel Recycling Company.
Qualification: Engineer / B. Tech, M. Tech in Metallurgy with MBA would be preferred.
Experience in EAF/LF/CCM & Long Product Steel rolling mills, preferably in an integrated steel Company with strong exposure to Electrical Arc Furnaces, steel melting shop manufacturing operations. Exposure in dealing with various Government authorities/ parastatal bodies/ agencie/ subsidiaries/ and liaison with industry / financial institutions / bureaucrats is essential for the position, besides strong administrative skills.
To oversee the general operations of running of the plant.
Must have general knowledge of all technical aspect of running the plant.
Responsible for intensification of currently on-going plant performance, improvement in throughtput, application of new methods & systems to enhance efficiency and product quality across the organization.
Strategize Business activities to enhance manufacturing & process capabilities by developing internal people strength thru� adequate training implementing quality procedures and ensure adherence to pre-determined processes to meet Budgeted targets/ monthly targets.
Deliver excellent Technical, Administrative & material Procurement Functions of Plant, besides Maintenance and mobilize resources for the departments like Electric Arc furnaces-Steel Melting Shop (SMS), Rolling Mills, Scrap allocation, handling and distribution as raw materials for production , mobile equipment management , vehicle maintenance & mobility , support Electrical & electronics maintenance across the plant.
Responsible for Business Development Objectives & Provide Product Solutions and benefits to business Issues / opportunities by Developing Strategic Initiatives in consultation with Executive Director / Group Managing Director. Organize and Conduct Performance review meeting on weekly and monthly basis to monitor Budgeted v/s planned activities & actual performance for the all Dept. / Unit Implement Plant & equipment monitoring schedule with maintenance systems to improve the equipment Reliability. Preparation and monitoring of Yearly Revenue / Capital budgets and costing. Also for new equipment purchase planning + implementation and concurrent maintenance cost etc for adequate budgeting purpose.
Lead Techno-Commercial discussions and finalization of the same with consultant and vendors under guidance and support from Executive Director.
Leading & developing a team of professionals to meet the department target and company�s goals.
Interface with Group Human Resources development activities to implement & nurture corporate mgt. philosophy of TQM, ISO, Employee development, Performance Management Systems, Talent Management & Organization culture, besides Occupational Health and Safety.
